Cancellation and Returns

Cancellation by Site/customer:

Product once ordered, can only be cancelled on the same day before 10PM. The refund upon cancellation will begin thereafter and will reflect back in the the account used for payment.

We reserve the right to refuse any order placed with us. In case of an order placed, the site reserves the right to also cancel or limit the quantity an individual is allowed to order and we may, at our sole discretion, deny that transaction.

A suspicious activity may include and is not limited to, orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms and conditions of using the websites, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders.

In the case of such suspicious activities (aforementioned), a list of all fraudulent transactions will be noted and the right to deny access to those accounts is reserved by the site.

Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

  • We take customer satisfaction very seriously here at Waynik.com
  • In case of any issues that arise with your order, please send us an email at hello@waynik.com within 24 hours of delivery along with the relevant details such as your order number and our customer care team will get back to you as promptly as possible.
  • Additionally you can also call us at 800 WAYNIK (800 - 929645) for any queries or complaints.
  • In relevant cases, if you have already been billed by waynik.com, we will issue you a full or partial refund depending on the case particulars.
  • In case you did not receive your order or received an incorrect order you may be issued a full refund.
  • If a part of your order is missing you may be issued a partial refund.
  • Refunds will be managed through Cash or Bank Transfer.
  • Refund or exchange is permitted within 7 days of purchase.
  • Products to be returned in saleable condition & maintained in proper storage conditions, along with the original receipt.
  • Products purchased on free voucher/offer/promotion cannot be returned & replaced
  • Exchange/Returns for Fresh, Chilled & Frozen products are not accepted due to Quality, Hygiene & Safety guidelines.
