• The displayed price and currency at the checkout page, will be the same price and currency printed on the Transaction Receipt and the amount charged to the card will be shown in your card currency".
• We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries
• Customer using the website who are Minor /under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website
• Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and (www.waynik.com) policies and rules
• User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account.

DELIVERY POLICY

We deliver our Products to all mainly UAE and delivery will be done within next 24 hours.

Delivery charges of AED 10.00 will be applied for orders below AED 50.

Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

• We take customer satisfaction very seriously here at Waynik.com
• In case of any issues that arise with your order, please send us an email at hello@waynik.com within 24 hours of delivery along with the relevant details such as your order number and our customer care team will get back to you as promptly as possible.
• Additionally you can also call us at 800 WAYNIK (800 - 929645) for any queries or complaints.
• In relevant cases, if you have already been billed by waynik.com, we will issue you a full or partial refund depending on the case particulars.
• In case you did not receive your order or received an incorrect order you may be issued a full refund.
• If a part of your order is missing you may be issued a partial refund.
• Refunds will be managed through the original mode of payment.
• Refund or exchange is permitted within 7 days of purchase.
• Products to be returned in saleable condition & maintained in proper storage conditions, along with the original receipt.
• Products purchased on free voucher/offer/promotion cannot be returned & replaced
• Exchange/Returns for Fresh, Chilled & Frozen products are not accepted due to Quality, Hygiene & Safety guidelines.

Mode of payment

• We accept payments via Visa and Mastercard in AED
• Please read the following terms carefully before using debit/credit cards for payment :
• The card must belong to the user ; else, the user must attain legal consent from the card owner to carry out the transaction
• All card details and personal information is NOT stored and will NOT be sold, shared, rented or leased to third parties
• Customers using debit/credit cards are requested to be available on their respective contact numbers
• The customer is fully liable for placing an order via debit/credit card succeeding the reading of the terms and conditions
• Refund procedures may take up to two working days to process. The customer may have to follow up with their bank in case of any delay in crediting the relevant amount back to their account. We will send the customer an email with a printout of the refund advice printed from the relevant debit/credit card bank payment gateway as a reference

PRICE & PAYMENT

• The Price shall be the Seller's quoted Price. The Price is shown is same which shall be due at the rate ruling on the date of the Seller's invoice.
• The Seller reserves its right to change and vary its stated Price.
• To enable the Buyer's order to be accepted, payment in full including any carriage charges must be received by the Seller. The Seller shall not be required to process the order until payment is made.
• You agree that we may use personal information provided by you in order to conduct appropriate anti-fraud checks. Personal information that you provide may be disclosed to a fraud protection agency, which may keep a record of that information
• SFG General Trading accepts Master and Visa Credit and Debit Cards.
• Currency accepted on our website for a transaction will be AED only.

In no event shall SFG general trading, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and ( iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort ( including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
