An oil with a pale-yellow color, it develops almost no taste, just a touch of freshness in your mouth. Perfectly stable, it easily withstands high temperatures. Ideal for all fried dishes and fondues, but it can also be used as a seasoning, blended with a more full-bodied oil, it captures its own flavors. For frying, change every 4 uses.
Use: seasoning, cooking and frying (max 180°C)
