OSCIETRA IMPERIAL CAVIAR (ITALY) Oscietra Imperial is a caviar extracted from the Russian sturgeon, a species with origins from the Caspian Sea, Black Sea and Azov Sea. A medium- size fish which can weigh over 60 kg (132 lbs.). Considered to be one of the more notable caviars, enjoy it on its own. Only the best and largest eggs (more than 3mm) are selected for this delicate, complex and slightly nutty caviar.
